Owners Brian Hofacre and Scott Britton have been friends for nearly 40 years, and have worked together in the elevator industry since 1997. Both are skilled, dedicated, and professional. Brian and Scott combined their talents in 2007 to form the partnership of Benchmark Home Elevator. Benchmark Home Elevator incorporated in 2017.

Benchmark’s goal is to provide quality service to you at a reasonable price. In addition to being a licensed California Elevator Contractor, Benchmark is a California Certified Qualified Conveyance Company (CQCC) with state Certified Competent Conveyance Mechanics (CCCM).
